I do not know, but whenever I'm in the supermarket and pick up a packet of chocolate biscuits I started screaming and running around the store looking for lettuce!

I've never been to one of the seminars, but I bought the CD and book and it did not work for me. Maybe it's just my sub-conscience tells me that I must work harder and do not try the easy way!
