Stroke DiseaseWhat is the best diet for people with heart disease, stroke and blood disorders?

I was considering changing my diet vegetarian because of my personal and family medical history, including heart disease, stroke and blood disorders. My boyfriend is overweight and has heart problems and diabetes. What diet is best for us?

soduim Low, low fat diet. Stay away from processed foods, fast food. Eat lean meat stay away from red meat. Try to cook your food do not fry. Do not add salt. Eat lots of green vegies

This is not a diet low in saturated fat. You need a diet rich in nutrients. Have not cut red meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, vegetables, yellow

DO NOT eat things SPIKE blood sugar which is exactly what the diet low in saturated joke DFAT does ..
