Stress ActivitiesWhat activities to combat stress?

I had really bad stress lately, and now it's the point of feeling a loss of control and feel that I'm going crazy. What are the activities that can reduce the stress of everyday life?

Exercise - hard. It will burn the tension / stress and the bonus is, you'll be healthier both physically and mentally.

Think - you do not sit in the lotus position and hum, just sit quietly and say a phrase that will bring peace.

Listen to soothing music.

Get a dog or a cat. Having an animal to love really helps.

Only in the privacy of my own home, I sing my favorite songs. . . I do not know if it works for someone else, but I like to sing.

And it has already been mentioned, but a good, long-term (year) always makes me good.

Work out. Its simple. Walk, run, run, swim, eat healthily. You'll see.

Nothing about stress, stress is all chemicals are acting against your daily activities. The development and get a good night's sleep of your balance on chemicals.

Life is beautiful, everything will be fine.

You should stop resisting what is. Or you wink.

think about what you love to do, travel, music, mostly positive thoughts and happy. it may seem that does not work, but if you want to escape the negativity that you think good and not evil, even if it bothers you just think positive. Activities: walking, exercise, read, make desserts, watching a movie, find the perfect ice, study a foreign language, chill on Yahoo! answers ........ out with friends, ok I do not know what else, I hope this helps!
