Stop Smoking Timeline

Stop Smoking TimelineQuitting smoking cold turkey?

Hello everyone
I have a question about the timing "to quit "....

http://www.stqp.org/quitsmokingtimeline. ... there is a link if you do not know what I mean.

I smoked about half a pack a day (8-12 cigarettes, more if I drank). This past Monday at 10 am, I had my "last cigarette" and "Cold Turkey. Since then I slipped up to four times (two by drinking two in a long car trip with other people who smoke - the two main triggers for me). 4 cigarettes a week is not so bad when I smoked four packs a week.

Anyway, I wondered, that the timing is-do these figures apply to the last time I smoked a cigarette (last 6 hours) or when I quit my smoking habit heavy (Monday 10:00)?

Thank you!

The timeline resets after you stop smoking, and the disease continues because the damage to the body is cumulative. No matter what you get when you stop completely.
great blessings to you to do this: I quit cold turkey, however, had to go drinking at the time because drinking and smoking "friends" are not at all interested in my health or had welfare.I to refurbish my life to have better health.
