Stop Smoking Jacksonville

I AM 26 years old AND have smoked and drank CANNIBUS PERFUSLY scince I was 16 I HAVE Tryed to stop, but became more depressed and have suicidal thoughts ... I just want to die .. I had problems that so many FAMILY hurt ME AND TAKE CHARGE OF MY THOUGHTS ... He REALLY Need help before I do somthing stupid and I cannot do it alone ....... HELP ME PLEASE .....

I was in the recovery of 20 + and know what you are going through .. do yourself a favor and head to a meeting in 12 steps, AA .. Open in a meeting, PLEASE .. I sponsor a lot of guys, I can say that there is nothing that a drink or a drug will only get worse.
