Spring Allergies

Spring AllergiesSpring allergies?

How do I get rid of spring allergies? I still sneeze, blow his nose and my eyes are dry. * Sigh

Benadryl, chlorphenarimine and pseudoephedrine are well on the countertop options. They all have a side down. Benadryl can cause drowsiness and pseudoephedrine can cause the opposite effect.

local honey will cure your air born allergies in a month. local honey works with the body develop immunities to pollen, dust, mold, pet dander smog, and mildew. Stay away from decongestants and antihistamines-they dry out your body and cause damage to the sinuses and, with prolonged use, the kidneys. Did you know that the main cause of death among the elderly is due to kidney damage too much medication for a lifetime? local honey is the way to go, without side effects, 100% natural and do not need a doctor for. Please give a test that your allergy to lose / maintain your health.

I deal with bad allergies for years, here is what I do:
Start with OTC medicines and allergy ... here are my experiences with some of them:

Benadryl: works well, but makes me too sleepy to function and you must often take
Claritin: Do not make me sleepy, but does not really work for me
Zyrtec: me sleep (but after a few days, I get used to it) and it works pretty well.
Allegra: Do not make me drowsy and works best.
if everyone reacts differently to medication, that's what I went through.

Now that Zyrtec is OTC, it is what I use since I have no insurance.

Keep your windows closed (which is hard to do when it's so nice) to keep the pollen out!

use a sinus rinse (try NeilMed) to flush allergens from the inside of your nose and sinuses (feels good!)

floors and furniture and vacuum frequently wash bedding, curtains, and clothing often.

Febreeze allergen reducer try on things you can not wash or vacuum.

you can use a HEPA filter, but their reliablity is challenged, and they are expensive.

decongestant use (my choice 12-hour Sudafed) if necessary. I use decongestant b / c it helps with the runny / stuffy nose and keeps fluid from collecting in the sinuses and infection.

use eye drops if needed (my selection is Visine allergy)

I'm sure there are other things out there, but that's all I can think of now.

Good luck, I hope you feel better soon!

I do not suffer from the same these days and its been really bad ... Allegra does not work for me but not Alwy ... but it is better than others and are trying 2 get a homeopathic treatment ... 4 work its me .. . Honey is also a good preventive measure ....
