Speech Anxiety

I talk very bad anxiety, I tend to be very nervous when I have to make a presentation to Schol and I know that medicine could not function. Is there anything I can use????

Yes, there are many drugs used to treat anxiety. You should talk to your doctor about which one to use. This is not stupid! Many people suffer from different types of anxiety. Do not be afraid to ask your doctor about this. (A drug you can try is Zoloft. Ask your doctor about this.)

Talk to your doctor. There are several types of anxiety medications. I know that the previous poster suggested Zoloft, but if you have the anxiety over this class, your doctor may want to try something that you can take, if necessary, instead of every day. Many of these medications can cause drowsiness, so it's something to consider.

Another option is the continuation of behavior therapy. This analysis of the causes of anxiety, and focuses on breathing and concentration techniques to control the anxiety response of the body. It takes a lot of work, but it really does help the situation with concern, as the anxiety caused by public speaking.

Just know that you are not alone, many people have problems with public speaking, and you have several options open to try to ease your discomfort.

There is almost a drug specifically designed for that. I was on it for anxiety and it worked wonders until I screwed it to play with the drug. This is called propranolol and it is a beta-blocker. It lowers the heart rate at a steady pace and calm nerves.
