Diarrhea is common and / or loose stools. It has many causes: poor diet, indigestion, contaminated water, bacterial infection, drugs, food spoiled, caffeine, magnesium supplements, laxatives, antibiotics, excessive alcohol, diarrhea etc. can also be a symptom of inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, Crohn's disease, etc. depending on additional symptoms. Diarrhea, loose stools is usually treated with diet, herbs and / or medication, depending on the severity.

Digestion of the body transforms food, nutrients into blood, in the structure function. Whatever the diet, nutrients, non-nutrients not digested, absorbed becomes waste that is sent to the large intestine for temporary storage and eventual disposal. The stools are made from food, nutrients and non-nutrients (including fiber). There are only two kinds of nutrients: building and cleaning. Building nutrients (protein and fat) build, thicken, fuel, heat, etc. cleansing nutrients (water, sugar, minerals, etc.) reduce, cleanse, cool and moisten.

Protein and fat are thick, sticky nutrients. They hold all the stools, giving them shape. Water, sugar, minerals, fruits, vegetables and grains (bread, pasta, cookies, pretzels, etc.) contain water, sugar, minerals, etc. which dilute and loosen the stool. They also contain fiber, which absorbs naturally swells with water, fluids give most of the stool.

The right combination of construction and cleaning of food, beverages produces the exact amount, the quantity and quality of stools. Normal stools are banana shaped in good health, business, dynamic and relatively odorless. unhealthy stools are loose, dry, common, uncommon, constipation and / or stinky.

Too many foods clean, cold drinks, fluids (water, fruit, vegetables, juice, milk, ice cream, etc.) to dilute and weaken digestion, acid and enzymes, which in turn, dilutes weakens and loosens the stool, causing diarrhea and / or constipation, in addition to bloating, gas, burping, etc. raw, uncooked foods (salads, fruits, juices, etc.) tend to relax stools that cooked foods.

The diet of the environment, plan meals per day, adjusted is recommended. Spices (cardamom, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, ginger, fennel, turmeric, cinnamon, etc.) increase digestion, eliminate excess water: mucous, phlegm, diarrhea, etc. and counting; kill bacteria foul, mushrooms, etc.

In Ayurvedic medicine, many spices, 7 + are used in the kitchen. Each spice has healing properties similar and different turmeric (anti-inflammatory, digestive aid), fennel (liver, digestion), cardamom (aids the digestion of dairy products), cinnamon and ginger.
