Shortness Of Breath At Night

Shortness Of Breath At NightShortness of breath at night? (Read below)?

That night I did get some slowing breath.I have Asmah (I know I spelled that wrong), I DONT smoke, sound and IM IM 13.i only must raise the two pillows, but nothing works . Its irratating.I do whether it has something to do with my nose and other things, but his help uncomfortable. Some please.

Are you overweight? This can cause shortness of breath when lying down. And is that your chest is tight or stuffy nose? If his nose, try lying on your side and use a cool mist humidifier. If the chest, and you're overweight, lose weight. If not, you should see a doctor. Anyway when you see your doctor again, you need to put in place.

You need to consult a doctor.

How long it lasts? If it is something relatively new pneumonia (less than a week) you can walk and a chest radiograph can help. You can have an infection in your lungs, giving you bronchitis or inflammation. How do you know this is not asthma? My children and I did cough wheezing when you have asthma. sr 'are just now starting to admit that the cough is a real and serious symptoms such as wheezing. I can tell you, I am a medical assistant and chiropractic and the SOB is not normal. This is very serious and I would ask your parents to get in ASAP Dr.

something like that happened to me once, I had to take huge breaths throughout the night, or I felt shortness of breath, one night I had a panic attack because I could not breathe

this may not be the case for you, and whatever go to the doctor just to be sure, but I had anxiety attacks

I do not why but I was nervous or anxious about something, then when I could not breathe, it made me more nervous when I went to the doctor and she told me that I I felt good, I was not nervous over, and I have been better

but go to the doctor just to be safe

Your home environment have any mold or dust in it? When the air conditioner is running, I cough more than normal (I have asthma as well as being an RT). If you are exposed to some kind of irritant in your home, it may take several hours so that you end. Having plenty of fresh air could help relieve shortness of breath. Please know that the breath is a very important warning something bad happens and to see a doctor about this in due course can help you feel better in the long term.

Shortness of breath is a very broad term indeed you have not mentioned how long you have been suffering. Although you claim to be non-asthmatics, we can not totally exclude asthma. For your information, there is an entity on behalf of nocturnal asthma that develops in the night associated with shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing (not everyone can be present). A trial of inhaled bronchodilators (Salbutamol / Albuterol) a half-hour before going to bed would be useful both as diagnostic and therapeautic modality. If it probably works that you do not suffer from nocturnal asthma.
Another entity is GORD / GERD where the acid in your stomach and regurgitates overflows into your lungs when the lungs react with cough, wheezing and breathlessness. It would be nice to walk 45 minutes right after dinner and before bed to allow the acid to adjust and preparations overflow.Antacid not as a trial would be useful.
Heart disease also would require exclusion if the above two conditions are excluded (heart disease does not work: a heart attack, but things like the failure that is rare in your age group, but it should nevertheless the exclusion).
Nasal obstruction / hypertrophy of tonsils / sleep apnea are conditions that an ENT specialist to help you avoid.
My advice would be to get an investigation as soon and start the appropriate treatment.
