Schizophrenia Disorder

I do not know if it schizophrenia or something, but what is the condition where someone thinks they are actually in a video game (for example, Call of Duty)? I need an answer as soon as possible for my project before I screw up perfectly: P

Perhaps bipolar mania? Often people who are bipolar have periods where they have feelings of grandeur. Just a guess.
