Right Thalamic Stroke

Right Thalamic StrokeWhat do you expect if a patient has undergone thalamic stroke on the right?

They should get better if and when the tumors are removed, which blocks the flow of blood.

According to medical dictioary Stedman, a thalamotomy (primarily damage to the layer) produces little or no neurological deficits or unpleasant personality changes.
From my experience, patients with (R) VAD thalamus may have dysarthria and dysphagia due to damage in the caudate nucleus. There really is no measurable cognitive deficits.
