Restless Legs During PregnancyCure for restless legs during pregnancy?

I am now 11 weeks pregnant and who have restless leg departs every evening before falling asleep. I can not stop it and making sleep difficult. Does anyone have suggestions on how to limit or stop?

Taking a supplement of calcium citrate and magnesium. That is what my midwife advised me and really helped. The only brand I could find was Citrical. Take it one hour before bedtime. I hope it works for you too!

I had tons during my pregnancy together. I am 39w2d and have. The only thing that helped me was yoga. He held out and helped me relax. At the moment, but nothing prevents me. :-( I hope that yoga helps you for a while so good luck!

Oh it was terrible for me too during the first trimesic. I always had to soak in the bath right before bed and my husband often put hot towels around my legs .. it felt so good.

I always heard that rubbing your legs with a loofah sponge can help.
