Restless Leg Syndrome Commercial

Restless Leg Syndrome CommercialAttention allergy sufferers with restless legs syndrome:

I must admit that I first saw an ad for Restless Legs Syndrome, my first thought was "what they will come with the next push medication? I remember making fun of advertising later that day with my friends and I was kept very quickly when one of them perked up with a funny look on his face and said "I did that".

Embarrassed, I tried to backtrack and offer my sympathies, but honestly, it was a bit hypochondriac, so I did not put that much stock in it. Well, it turns out that the restless legs syndrome is real, so in fact that it may affect up to 12 million Americans.

So what to do with RLS have my allergies?

Johns Hopkins researchers have found that some drugs against allergies induce sleep significantly worsen restless legs syndrome and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine has discovered a possible cause. The reason they believe to be "Histamine Receptors. Some cells contain proteins that are found on its surface and are triggered by histamine. When these cells are activated through these receptors for histamine stimulates insomnia.

JHU conducted a test on 12 patients with restless legs syndrome by giving them a sedative is true, or diphenhydramine, an ingredient of many drugs used against allergies to cause drowsiness. The study showed that the sedatives have little or no effect on patients with RLS, but Benadryl is the EPIRB as much as three to four times worse. Five patients in the study showed a high number of these proteins histamine, an incredible percentage I think.

My nasal allergy spray all natural does not get in the way

I found this study so interesting and I wonder what other evils are affected by non-natural ingredients of allergy and other medicines. That interferes with another or making symptoms worse when you are sick and UN itself? I am a firm believer in all natural medicines. I am not against traditional medicine, but I want to look for alternatives first.
