Is there such a thing as restless body syndrome? I have a strange thing happened to me for the last 2 months.
I fall asleep at night for about 4-5 hours, and then I wake up. When I wake up I am still very tired and wanted to sleep.
However, I can not because I can not put in the same position for more than 2-3 minutes, tops.
I'm back where I feel extremely uncomfortable, and therefore can not sleep.
This is not the RLS (leg syndrome). My legs do not matter, it is the position of my entire body.
Normally I get 8-9 hours of sleep, but for the last two months, I was still 4-5 hours. I feel like shit!
Please help!

his way for society to get more money then they come with diseases like mad one. you are probably suffering from mild insomnia. I suggest not to drink coffee or sugary foods to avoid for the next few days to see how you feel.
If it is not there soon will be. consult your doctor.

Have you tried exercising every day so you are physically tired. Then, two hours before sleep, not eating, just relax and watch the programs of the brain dead to relax.
