Zovirax is by far the best! If you call your doctor and tell him you have a cold sore, I'm sure they'll perscribe something without having to go in. Ask Zovirax. I get all the time, and is the only drug that seemed to work instantly.

I get them pretty bad twice a year. I tried many Thiong, but the only thing that seems to work is the breaking open a leaf of a plant of aloe vera. It usually disappears after a few days.
