I want something a lot of time and demanding. I do not have much Internet data so it cannot be large downloads or images like YouTube. Thank you:)

I assume you mean free games? In this case, World of Warcraft is not the answer you are looking for. You pay for the game itself as well as a monthly subscription. Moreover, it is very demanding on your graphics card / connection.

I guarantee you, if you play World of Warcraft, you can stop smoking (although you'd probably negotiating a dependency for another).

Download an emulator and a ROM for it. Personally, I love the SNES emulator and all games for it.

you must take exercise. go out and do something active rather than on the computer! Now that you've stopped smoking, your body in shape or you'll be fat if you just sit and do nothing! Go!
