Project Evaluation Template

All models of good practice or ideas would be helpful

There is a particular technical project management called PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). If this is what you are referring to, then there are the fields of MSP to do so.

If you speak more generally, while it is an open question. There are models that come with the project. File-> New-> Project Templates on my computer> Templates.
