Preventing Anxiety AttacksBetter methods to prevent anxiety attacks?

I have panic attacks almost every day, I was taking a natural supplement called L-theanine and it is to manage the anxiety, I also try to do breathing exercises regularly, but sometimes it does not seem to help. I refuse to go on any medication of anxiety because I tried before and had many side effects, so I'm use of herbal remedies, if possible.

Now, my question is, what do you think are good ways to prevent anxiety attacks? I seem to do when I'm out or talk on the phone or sometimes for no reason at all

Yes, there is something that will help you. First, stop drinking anything that has caffeine in it. It also includes tea. Buy decaffeinated beverages only.

When you start having an attack when you're at home, running for a long race. This will eliminate the cause of adrenaline by the attack and also running is good for you.

If you have a fear of going out, start out small in steps.Like maybe just for a walk or a drive, then go home. Always congratulate you when you do well. Next extend the time you're out. Gradually, you will be able to be longer and longer.

Adopt a statement of relaxation (as I am at peace with the universe and in harmony with humanity) for 15 minutes every day. This allows you to be the brain in alpha state, very relaxed.

Whenever you have an attack, remember that they occurred before and you have been approved, then nothing will happen to you with it. Think of attacks as a nuisance that you slowly pull the win.

I had to take drugs to get over the anxiety. I never saw them. I have a few side effects as well, but I had no choice but to accept the help I received.
