I want to talk to women late 30s and have lived up to what they believe, before the symptoms of menopause? I knew the waves, I must say, terrible symptoms that I believe are connected to "change". It was pure hell! Anyone relate? lol If so, and you have found the answers let me know. If you have not experienced this, and many have good intentions, but ............. I really need women who can relate. Thank you all
Hello, I'm not in my late thirties (early) but I think I was an early menopause too. My doctor told me it's normal, but I have been getting hot flashes, night sweats and irregular, and of course ups and downs. I am at my wits' end and totally confused.
It is terrible when nobody seems to believe and I ended up having to keep a detailed diary of symptoms so that I got from the doc to try to make him understand.
I am taking tablets sage who has contributed to perspiration, but the other symptoms I do not know what to do. Maybe hormone supplements help. I am not trying to take in all the artificial hormones, but may be the solution. Good luck
I do not know what kind of symptoms you mean, but I probably experienced a lot of them. I've never had hot flashes can not help you with that.
I, however, experience what was first diagnosed as chronic fatigue syndrome ... extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness, fog. I felt very short-tempered and a general malaise for a long period and nobody seemed able to help. Some docs, even if I had MS or other chronic neuromuscular disease.
I also experienced flooding with my periods. It was terrible. I was at the center of my life at that time of the month, except that I never knew when it would be. My periods were not lighter, they are worse. My gyn finally offered hormone replacement therapy and which proved to be a miracle for me. My quality of life has improved considerably. There is controversy over HRT, but I made the choice to have a better quality of life and try to prevent problems whenever possible.
You can try to increase the vitamin B in your diet ... do a search and read on foods rich in B. Something as simple as eating beans (dry, not green) on a regular basis, and to increase my calcium intake made a difference for me. I also found that regular exercise, like walking four times a week helped me feel better and stronger.
You do not know if I helped, but I do not know your specific symptoms.
