Pregnancy SnacksI ate a lot of healthy food throughout my pregnancy, but most of them require a certain degree of preparation or cooking. Now that I'm approaching my due date, I have less energy for food preparation, and often find myself at a loss what to eat. What are good snacks I could keep around that are not loaded with sugar or preservatives? I ate green peppers with ranch dressing Fruits, vegetables and dip low in calories, pieces of cheese, salad, yogurt, raisins, trail mix, gummy fruit snacks (like these! A lot of vitamin C) with low salt mixed nuts for protein cottage cheese pretzels, apples, Italian ice and popsicles are a delight Nice and sometimes a bowl of cereal healthy is easy, fast and provides fiber, vitamins and minerals. yogurt fruit vegetables without salt / low sodium crackers, cheese, cottage cheese, trail mix, granola, chocolate I do not really know how "healthy" is for you but I know it's freaking delicious and I want all the time. Plus it is better for you then the peanut butter =) Firstly congratulations ... U should eat mostly fruit. Eating an apple a day in the evening. Drink fruit juice that is made of fresh juice in the house and not the elements of tin in the morning. Eat vegetables with lunch healthy heart. u just get it healthy baby and cute. All the best. I hope I helped u. Fruits do not have fat, sugar and all. U can eat all the fruit and add the banana the night before one hour for dinner heart. OK this is not healthy, but crackers RITS with a slice of cheddar cheese topped with a slice of apple. It is soo delicious. You can do this while watching your favorite show. lol or a bowl of cereal food is always good and healthy. Fruits, vegetables, hummus, pitta stuffed full of filling ... Bananas are good. They do not have as much sugar as other fruits like apples or oranges. Better yet .... Pieces of banana and mix with fat free strawberry yogurt. carrot fruit bite size! Posted on March 25, 2010.
