I had pain since my stroke, but nobody will give me pain at least help me to have a pain free day, sometimes.

Nobody can make a doctor prescribe pain med for you but you can ask him to refer you to a physiotherapist who can help with the pain by other means.

The reason they will not give you pain medicine because you have to feel the pain, otherwise you can not move your muscles. That is the danger of not feeling pain or something similar to the pain. Try to relax and the pain will disappear.
