Orthopedic Spine

In exactly 20 years I'd be willing to become an orthopedic surgeon Spine. I was wondering with the growing population of the world and make new drugs increase our average lifespan. Are spinal surgeons work to be competitive by then or it will be exactly the same thing. Since I learned the world's growing population and growing population of seniors will be the backbone of work increased?
