Most people under 20 years tend to have higher rates of metabolism and to be more flexible and more energetic than older people. However, they also need to practice age appropriate exercise to avoid becoming obese, stay fit and trim and strengthen their stamina and strength.

Today, many young people do not exercise enough due mainly electronic alternatives that occupy much of their time. The years of growth or training are very important because they lay the groundwork for what would later become healthy or unhealthy, so it is important to stress the importance of good nutrition and exercise in children as they grow up himself.

It is understandable that sometimes, children are easily bored with routine exercise game for adults. However, it is not necessary for them to participate in organized sports that group. Most young people also enjoy jogging with an adult or a game of tennis, swimming, golf, martial arts, cycling, gymnastics, among other interesting sports.

Adults should not give advice hypocritical or inconsistent for children because they are very sensitive. In doing so, they can not only ensure that their children enjoy a safe and correct, but it also helps to spend quality time with their children and participate in activities that benefit both.

For teenagers the possibilities are endless in the year they have the basic bone and muscle structure that allows them to participate in high performance activities. But again, care should be taken to ensure they get proper guidance that will help prevent injuries.

Most teenagers should be given an outlet to express their endless energy. Therefore, they should be encouraged to achieve positive goals such as fitness, stamina and high scores.
