Nicotine Addiction Withdrawal

Nicotine Addiction WithdrawalIs there such a thing as addiction to nicotine?

I do not think so. I have been smoking for 3 years (about half a pack a day) and Wednesday evening, I finally told myself: why am I smoking? And then I stopped. I have not smoked a cigarette since and I do not intend to smoke another. I do not feel stressed out, except maybe a little bit when I get a need. I think the media are only derived from habit. Only a very bad habit and if you really want to stop and have a little determination, you can easily stop. There is no such thing as IMHO nicotine withdrawal.

Personally, I think it is.

Maybe you're one of those few lucky people who can stop every time.
I guess you could say that addiction is like a flu
the majority can get it .. and some are just lucky to be free (:

I hope this helps (:
