New Smoking Cessation Medication

I saw a television advertisement for a pill that you take for smoking cessation. He said you take the medication, continue to smoke and the urge to smoke decreases, making it easier to quit smoking.

Does anyone know the name of this medicine? If yes, please let me know as soon as possible. I have lung surgery in the next week or two. I want to start taking it before.
