Neocate Formula

Neocate FormulaNeocate formula???

Hi I was wondering if anyone has heard of Neocate formula and how their children have made this formula??? I'm just doing research on this formula because the nutritionist suggested this formula for my daughter because she has been on many of them and to have such a bad ex ... soybean nutramegin, allimentum, lactofree ...... and even the crying, excema / rash, extreme gas, difficulty using the toilet .......... I am currently using lactofree for five days now and the first two days seems to be helping, but now we're back to uncontrollable crying, excema / rash worsens, and now all over my body and very bad gas ... ... leading to a discussion w / the nutritionist on the problem ... Anyone w / similar experiances, who used this formula, or other sensitive formula they used to help babies extremely sensitive, please tell me your opinion! I just try to help my poor baby here ...... and no im not trying to change his formula again ........

HI.
I hope you have found something that helped your daughter. My daughter has severe food allergies and eczema after, gas, colic has been one of the first signs of having an allergy to dairy products. IF your doctor has prescribed Neocate, give it a try because it is one of the most hypoallergenic formulas out there and many mothers with children with food allergy DEPEND on Neocate for the nutrition of their children. That you're not alone and you can find help through groups like www.kidswithfoodallergies.org Internet 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Or for a local support group: www.foodallergysingapore.org. Hugs to you. As a mom to another, I understand.

My daughter is breastfed so I do not answer your question lol. I just had to come on and tell you that your daughter is so beautiful:)
Congratulations

I will not blame you for not breastfeeding. I had similar problems with my boy. If and I mean if you want relactate, you can visit a shop breastfeeding or look online for a tube attached to a bottle of milk at one end and the other that breast your toddler to drink. The combination of stimulation Breat, and your body recognizes that your daughter is fed at the breast, you will soon relactate few days but may take several weeks. If you want more options, here are a few. If money is no object, you can buy breast milk given to mothers who have lost their babies, or stopped for another reason. It is highly tested and safe, and better than any other formula, you can buy. If you are not comfortable with that, I suggest you request a prescription form. In some cases, insurance will cover, and it is hypoallergenic and lactose. Your baby is born early? Sometimes, as with my daughter (who is only two weeks ealry), it takes 2 or 3 months for their stomach to catch up. She has made great strides in the last week alone! I wish you the best.

Ask your pediatrician if you can give a child as antigas mylicon or child of gas decreases, sounds like it may be colic Eczema is prescribed cortisone cream, inherited from your doctor should help the eruption and once you gas pains under control, you can see a new baby very happy! If formual it is now like a soy-based, ask your doctor you change it regularly without a mark, soybeans causes constipation, and it may just be miserable. Try this first, I went through the same thing with all my children, and finally found a good OLE gas drops work-Hang frequent belching there it'll get more chance to feel good!

If the baby is only 7 weeks, you can breastfeed. This may take some work but you can re-lactate.

Edit: ask your doctor about Raglan or domperidone (domperidone is only in Canada but we can do it sometimes too)
