The Moeller Method is the result of Sanford A. Moeller, who described the technique after observing how the civil war drummers hit the drum in the late 1800s. He described the system in his book The Art of Snare Drumming, also called The Book Moeller. He then taught the system of Jim Chapin, who has worked to popularize this method until his death in 2009.

The Moeller Method is a technique that makes use of the recovery that the drum product and you can play with more ease, feeling and relaxation.
