Can you get mild depression?

I think I suffer from some form of depression. Sometimes I am very happy and my life is beautiful.

However, I often feel depressed. It is recurrent. However, these feelings are not insurmountable. I can still fuction and act as if everthing is fine. However, there is a presence of sadness. I believe that suicide and death. I am very concerned and feel hopeless. Sadness is also without provocation. It comes without any reason.

However, I do feel terribly sad. It stops me enjoy my life to the fullest.

I would say yes. If this is the case if, at the bottom there are two things you can do, and even should do. Exercise 3-5 times a week do something that will get your heart rate and get you out a good sweat, get your endorphins feel pretty well, and it has many other advantages. So if you're not already you should get it.You really keep well and you should consider my next piece of advice. Eat chocolate, so I said lol eat chocolate, chocolate contains a chemical that stimulates the brain to produce serotonin, and serotonin is a good idea nuerotransmitter aka chemicals, low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, then eat a piece of chocolate or two (or more if you want haha) a day or every two days. you can get a mild depression. I have the same thing that you really have. I hope you feel better soon x could be a phase that you go through?? Maybe try to focus on the things you really like. Or adjust your diet? Sometimes if you clean up your diet, you will feel much better
and exercise.
