Exercise 3-5 times a week do something that will get your heart rate and get you out a good sweat, get your endorphins feel pretty well, and it has many other advantages. So if you're not already you should get it.You really keep well and you should consider my next piece of advice. Eat chocolate, so I said lol eat chocolate, chocolate contains a chemical that stimulates the brain to produce serotonin, and serotonin is a good idea nuerotransmitter aka chemicals, low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, then eat a piece of chocolate or two (or more if you want haha) a day or every two days.
