Menopause Weight Gain

Menopause Weight GainHow do I remove my post menopausal weight gain?

I was a diet my whole life and know most of the traditional diet advice. My eating habits are not always the greatest - I eat "healthy" foods between meals (boredom, emotions) in addition to three meals low fat low carb. I count calories and do 1200 on a good day, 1600, on a day off. I exercise fairly regularly walk 3x weekly 1 hour, 2x and 1x Pilates exercise class with weights. I feel good but I have not been able to take off from the Middle Ages "tires." Last year, I managed to remove 10 pounds, but seem to have the restart. I feel discouraged and I do not like the way I loook clothes now. Ideas?

You have your heart.
Walking is not a great effort for the man.
Try jogging.
Good Luck
