Suggestions for a diet plan of menopause would be so useful too. Want to hear about women who have theirselves feel better with natural progesterone. (What type) of natural herbs and foods for menopause that you used? "

I used natural progesterone in the beginning of my pre-menopause. It has eliminated my migraines, stabilized my moods and helped me sleep better. It is known to help hot flashes, but I did not have hot flashes until later, and it does not help me with them.

I also used several herbs to help hot flashes, sleep and stress. Motherwort is good for all three. I also took the verbena, scullcap and Siberian ginseng, among others.

The system works best for me is "The Program Carbohydrate Addict's Life Span," by Dr. Richard and Rachael Heller. This is the only program I found that I can lose weight, mainly because it reduces cravings and hunger. It also works better with my digestion, which is crazy since entering pre-menopause.
