Sleep patterns are one of the most important aspects of being bi-polar .... When I do not get enough sleep, I know that I became manic. When I get too much sleep, I know I must be depressed or I just "crashed" after several sleepless nights.

EXTREMELY! Patterns in general are a good thing to enter if you have this condition. Sleep in general balances your body, and you can set a sleep pattern that ensures your body is a good amount of it, your mood will generally be better.

its important for everyone, but especially people with bi-polar.

I think its probably one of the most important methods to control the mood swings of bipolar off medication.

It is a freedom that is difficult to abandon. Limit and regulate your activities so that you can go to bed at the same time each night.

But lack of sleep is a trigger for me that I decided that its worth.
