Laser Surgery To Stop Smoking

I had a singing voice poewrful before all this. The reccurrence lesions returned twice, and biopsies were performed, confirming the non-malicious. After surgery, my voice hoarse from singing innability has been restored, somewhat.
I was also diagosed with chronic larengytis. My song is now and will (in general, I can no longer hit high notes)
I am a smoker.

If, as you say you've been able to sing both post-operatively, then I think that quitting smoking you have an excellent chance of finding your voice full time. I am not sure of the high rating as you seem to have scars related to surgery. Smoking is very irritating to the respiratory everything, your larynx is just reacting to the irritation.
