Knee Cap Surgery Are there any body knows what the knee replacement surgery is the CAP and how long it would be some need to recover from it? I am 24 year old female with a history of osteosarcoma (a form of bone cancer). My doctor sent me to a specialist to undergo knee replacement surgery of the CAP because of the severe form of arthritis in the knee. My appointment with the doctor is not for a few weeks and I have tons of questions. I just want to know if anyone here knows or has even had a knee replacement of the CAP? The price of replacement surgery of the knee joint is very low in India compared to U.S., UK and Canada. My cousin also got her hip replacement surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare. She is very happy with the results. She is totally pain free now. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in the U.S. and all the praise for the company health care precursors. Well, my grandmother had the surgery 2 years ago, she bought sweats and loose clothing, because you will not walk for a while. It will take two weeks or three to recover. Some doctors have different Apinis, my doctor got his grandmother a nurse at home, my grandfather had to do all these things because she could not get up to pee, so you'll need layers and a Rottal leg. my mother had two total knee replacements. (We now call it bionic women) .. In fact, they sawed off the knee joint as a whole and screwed in a new Titanic (good metal) of the knee in place .. weird huh? .. She could not walk for a week, then slowly with physiotherapy walk with walker for a couple of weeks, then with a cane. I think it took about three months to completely healed .. Its been a year and a half and it feels fine now .. (She makes a knee and the other later, after 9 months) .. Good luck! She does a lot of aerobics now keep his agile legs as she said ..
