Increase Serotonin

Increase SerotoninHow to increase serotonin and low testosterone levels?

I (and others around me) have noticed that I have become increasingly hostile, aggressive and moody. I do not know why that is because I am a nice person but I think this may be due to low serotonin levels or high levels of testosterone. I was wondering if there is anything natural that I can eat or drink or do that will increase or decrease these two?

Thank you in advance.

You can increase serotonin levels in exercise and diet. protein-rich foods hard cheese, high-carbohydrate meal, Turkey, Black Eyed Peas, black and English walnuts, almonds, sesame or pumpkin seeds, and cheddar, gruyere or Swiss cheese. Also contributes to a lesser extent, whole grains, rice and other dairy products. There are also bread, pasta, sweets, but they are not so good in other respects.
