The MINI2440 is an effective ARM9 development kit with a global price, it features simple and high price / performance. Based on the CPU Samsung S3C2440, he plays smart professional stable CPU power supply and reset the system to ensure the stable operation of the system.
The S3C2440 features an ARM920T core, a 16/32-bit RISC microprocessor, to provide handheld devices and general applications with cost-efficiency, low power, high performance microcontroller solution in a form factor small. The S3C2440X is developed using 0.13 um CMOS standard cell and a memory compiler. In addition, it adopts a new bus architecture called Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA).
