Is there a smoking hypnosis seminar stop in Orlando? I think the name of the man is Gorygan or something like that, stop smoking, lose weight
I live in Orlando and have been to a seminar to stop smoking at the Holiday Inn in Altamonte Springs via I-4 exit. I do not know if Gorygan was the guy who has done or not but I had to add outside Orlando Sentinal. It was very good, but the only problem is once you leave your ok for a day or two, but after that you really start again urges. I found a script that self-hypnosis that I could record my own reading the script, then listen to it really helped. I put on every night before going to sleep for about a month. I have been smoking for almost 2 years now.
