There are no remedies against allergies but the doctors can put you on certain types of drugs ... you can see being put on Allegra D (a medicine against allergies who also has a decongestant), or try Claritan
A good vacuum is the key. The Rainbow vacuum is excellent although expensive. It has a water filter and dust mites traps. You should clean your mattresses and pillows regularly
