Controlling the power of the heart In 2004, I visited the Institute of HeartMath in Boulder Creek, California. I went there to participate in their "one on one authorized supplier HeartMath program.
Participation in a program on a licensed HeartMath provider allows me to learn and to apply the various techniques that I learned HeartMath. The program has allowed me to experience how to successfully improve my property be mentally and emotionally and to use the program tools to enrich my life and the lives of others.
Now, I'm not saying you should jump on a plane and enter a program at the Institute of HeartMath to experience what I have ... unless, of course, you're forced to do so. You can get a reduction of stress and anxiety, psychological well-being and mental clarity, improve your relationships and achieve better overall perspective on life in the comfort of your own home. How? With the use of the "Freeze-Framer" Interactive Learning System developed by the Institute of HeartMath.
Here's what I want on the system. First, it is very easy to use. Secondly, I am a very visual person ... meaning, I see my results. The software still picture gives me a clear picture for quickly let me know what progress is happening (what I see on the screen) and what I can do to improve. And thirdly, I am learning to stay in "the zone" more ... more details at a later date.
Here's how it works. When you use this program on my computer, I can evaluate the stress in my body and measure how my nervous system to respond. I monitor my progress by recording my heart rate through a fingertip pulse sensor that plugs into the serial port on the back of my computer. This shows me how quickly my impact on stress physiology in the present tense.
By continuing to use the software, I can work on ways to change how I respond to stress and get a real-time visual representation of how these changes occur. Unbelievable, huh?
The Freeze-Framer Interactive Learning System can be used by the whole family. Everyone can learn to harness the power of their heart. In fact you see real-time response is a race!
