I smoked for 20 years. I told my doctor that I wanted to stop and he gave me Chantix. These pills are really impressive. I just forgot to smoke. They have few side effects such as mild nausea and vivid dreams, but if you really want to stop the side effects are minimal. I can stand next to someone smoking right now, and I do not want at all, and I quit in December 2008. I do not take Chantix is. I am completely cured of smoking.

Could also look into what they call an e-cig spray or personal. Still can get your nicotine, but none of the 4,000 + other chemicals included in your ciggy!
