Gastric Band NhsHow Overweight Do you need to be to get a gastric band on the NHS?

IM 17 Stone and wondered how overweight you must be for the DoC to consider me for a gastric band on the NHS, and is it really help you lose weight?

Ask the doc.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times per day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of raw vegetables and fruit at each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each bite at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger / satiety. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what you did not even dreamed of and that too in a reasonable time. Do not hurry.
