Frequent Nighttime Urination

My first frequent urination at night, so now it just seems to me to wet my pants, not much urine, because I did not drink much water at all, but just a little. It seems that I do not know when I have to use the bathroom and I think I did not use the bathroom, but somehow my urine comes out
I looked online and it says that I could have a kidney disease, heart failure or liver damage?
plz help someone?
