I'll post a picture of my mouth so you can share your opinion. If frenectomy does not work what do you suggest?

Depends how old you are. If your permanent canines are and have been for some time (assuming you're over 12 or 13) can sometimes frenectomy published the fabric and let the teeth. If this does not work, you'll probably need braces to correct it. You may need braces anyway, so it should not be a big problem.
