Facial Rash

I am 17 years old. I eat healthy foods. I much excercise. I have good hygiene. I shower every day. And I've never had problems with acne or my skin ... NEVER!. I do not use any facial creams or scrups on my face, except for makeup.
I woke up Tuesday with a gap of red, itchy, bumpy spots on my chin really dry skin, peel. I also have random red, itchy bumps on my forehead (but certainly not as bad as my chin). It seems to have been getting better, but certainly not great.

Could someone tell me what is happening with my skin? Is this an allergic reaction? Acne? Chapped skin from cold (I live in New England and there was snow during storms)? An eruption at random?
