Stress is the body's response to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes by physical reactions, mental and emotional. Stress is a normal part of life. Many events that happen to you and around you and a lot of things you do yourself to focus on your body. You can experience the stress of your environment, your body and your mind.

In general, stress is associated with internal and external factors. Internal factors include the ability of your body respond to stress-producing factors, your body's ability to cope with external factors that cause stress.

Many people do not take care of their bodies these days. They exercise their bodies to extreme thinking that the body adapts to the stress state is imposed. But be aware that our body has a limit and there is some capacity to which it can operate. No matter how strong your body is over rated and over again without proper balance with the rest would have a devastating day.

Although the effects of stress on the body are generally considered in the physical sense, they can also cause mental fatigue. Symptoms of stress on the mind could be impaired decision and indecision. Forgetfulness and memory lapses are frequent and extreme depression. The effects of mental stress can be scary.

Hair is regarded by many as a barometer of your inner health. Thus, in stressful situations your hair can be the first part of your body to feel the impact. Hair loss is just another annoying it can get the best of you. It is essentially to be in your body out of whack. This is just one of many effects that stress can have on the body.

The most common physical effects of stress on the body, headaches, chest pain, stomach pain, sleep problems and hypertension. There are other, less physical effects of stress such as hives, hyperventilation, heart palpitations, and several forms of heart disease. Sometimes the methods used to poor stress management may further complicate the problems related to stress.

Stress can certainly affect our behavior, which causes inconvenience in a social context, and negative life patterns, such as overeating, smoking and drinking excessively. Other effects may show stress on the body less obvious.

When your stress level has been in your system for more than a year or two, it is undoubtedly the chronic type. The consequences of chronic stress will give you severe insomnia. That means you'll have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. In addition, stress can lead to poor nutrition. You're like eating much, but feel lazy to exercise. Poor eating habits and lack of exercise will make you overweight or obese. Your body will prove vulnerable to disease if the long-term stress is felt. Your mood changes and you feel irritable. When you are emotionally upset, you are depressed and anxious. In some cases, people with chronic stress, which leads to severe depression are suicidal.
