Dry Nails

Dry NailsHow do I get rid of dry skin itch constantly invaded and cuticles around my nails?

So I've always had a bad bite nails dry and now I want to stop. Im 18 and have the hands of a 7 year, and I've stopped biting, but theyre still scaby, skin cracks and becomes painful and cuticles are horrible.

How do I start taking care of my nails

start hydrating hands frequently, which will help soften them,, then you can start taking care of the cuticles easier, too ... Bravo to you for "nailing" the bite!

Nail and cuticle oils are perfect for this. I love the suntan oil that you can buy online. Rub it in the morning and night and more often if you wish. I smell almonds too, which is a bonus!

I would also recommend giving a manicure once a week to remove the driest cuticles. Apply to cuticle softener, then soak your nails in a bowl of hot water for several minutes. Then gently push the cuticles back with a cuticle stick pusher / orange and then remove any excess cuticle by cutting cuticles. Make sure you do not remove the healthy cuticle is much higher around the edge of the nail, as this may result in your cuticles and nails to be in poor health. Then apply your cuticle oil and use a rich hand cream like Neutrogena.
