PTSD - 309.81
Nervous Impulse disorders do not seem to have a code - Are you sure that's the name of the disease?

I found these if:
312.3 OUR Impulse Control Disorder
312.34 Intermittent explosive disorder
312.32 Kleptomania
312.31 Gambling
312.33 Pyromania
312.39 Trichotillomania

I know the code for PTSD is generally 309.81 - Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. There are also other depending on what led to PTSD .. if it's sexual violence, the traumatic experience such as war, and so on.
Search this site ............. Wikipedia.org and type in the DSM-IV ... then you can search what ever you need anything.
Regarding Impulse disorder, once again you have to find the root causes of nervousness ... disorder, generalized anxiety, etc. ...

I do not know what you mean by the nerve impulse disorder, but disorders of impulse control - unspecified = 312.30
