I have heard from several women who smoke marijuana during pregnancy can really help morning sickness and so far they seem to be right. I tried to ask nurses and even my OB / GYN doctor about this and they have no real information. They just throw me out pamphlets entitled "The illicit drugs and pregnancy" that have a sentence or two about weeds. He says it "may cause low birth weight (I guess they are assuming that because it is the result of cigarette smoking for Prego) and the second sentence just says that little research were made and they really do not know. Does anyone know of someone who smoked weed during pregnancy and something was wrong with the baby or did she have any complications that may have been caused by weeds? I want to be the best mom I can, but the weeds seem to really help me feel better and spend the day. It's just a plant so that the harm I can see it does is that when I inhale the smoke less oxygen to reach the child during this period. I have a friend who was smoking during pregancy and the baby is perfectly healthy .... nothing wrong with the baby ... I have done much research on this subject and he said exactly the same as Drs. They dididnt test if ur good girl ..... u can smoke up to 4-5 months if it also depends on how many months are u ... uu smoke smoke, but just dnt do too much that u need to stay up all day cuz that end up some birth defects are Wen pa.
