Coping With Anxiety Attacks

Coping With Anxiety AttacksHas anyone advice on the management of anxiety attacks?

Can anyone please tell me how to cope with anxiety and panic attacks.

I used to get so bad that I ended up going to the emergency room. They would do anything for me. One doctor even laughed at me for coming there! That's when it hit me! When you realize that you're OK, and nothing will happen, they will be less and less. Mine never really went away after 40 years, but I have a business and not pay him any attention. Someone might see me and ask "what is the problem" and I said nothing, and continue to do what I was before. You can learn to overcome them. I still get them, but I tell myself I'm OK, and within seconds, I'm really OK! You can get drugs, but I think that drugs are worse in the long term. The drugs will help while you are taking, but when you're short of drugs, you'll have a worse than previous ones. Deal with it! It will not hurt you, and you've just got to believe that you're OK. Good luck!

fix, cut, float in your mind.

Talk to a shrink! It is this condition called panic disorder. I know I have. They can put u on a single med for her.

Sit down and breathe slowly and deeply. Count to ten. Repeat as necessary.

Take the homeopathic remedy Arsenicum ALBUM 200 once a day before going to bed on an empty stomach for three days.Stop! And reanalyze your mental state at the end of three days, it takes every time you feel the anxiety level rise! But do it too infrequently as once a day is enough and stop when you feel good at 100%. Totally Addictive not without side effects or complications.
Take care and God bless you!

First and foremost seek professional help from your doctor or therapist and psyc. secondly to realize that you must force yourself to think rationally, calm, close your eyes and count to ten and realize that almost every single fear you have is irrational and unjustified, and that even if they are not it is not really important and almost any time will or can be resolved one way or another we should not worry and do not gap or depression. Life is too short and precious to waste your time on fears that are not important. focus on the positive and live and enjoy life, do not fear it. you will soon find that if you have a positive attitude and project a positive attitude so will those around you and if not go and dump em do not let them drag you down if they want to drown Let Em save you.

I suffered anxiety attacks for years. Yes, you should see a doctor, but remember that nobody and nothing makes these attacks more powerful than you. You can get so hyped worry them, if you're feeling a bit stressed, you "panic" instead of saying, "I had this before, it will pass"
