There is very little.

If you go on the pill can affect your mood and your periods can be a bit erratic for months, but they become much lighter and less painful. The pill even made my breasts bigger!

Well it depends on what pill your on.

Some can make you lose or gain weight. They can clear your face from pimples. Maybe you make a little moody. It just all depends on what pill you take.
They reduce the pain during your period of times and always be on time not a few days behind or ahead.
