I think each of you must have heard of clinical depression. Clinical depression is a mental disorder that results in bad mood, low self-esteem and loss of interest in activities otherwise pleasant. This condition affects affects psychological and emotional well-being of a person wherever he / she is unable to enjoy even more simple pleasures of life and the lives of others around them.

There are various symptoms of clinical and vary greatly among individuals. Some research has found that clinical depression is genetic and runs in families. Although genes are a factor, they are not the only cause of depression. Thoughts of death and suicide are frequent and the feeling that life is not worth doing.

Clinical depression is very complicated and must be taken seriously. It should take immediate help from a psychiatrist or a special doctor to treat it appropriately!
